POS systems
that survive a Friday rush.

Counter, kitchen and back-office on one stack. Built for restaurants, cafés, retail and franchises that lose money every time the terminal hangs.

01 · What we ship

Nine modules.
One license.

We don't believe in "modules sold separately." Everything below is part of every install — even the small operators get the loyalty engine and the menu-engineering reports.

M01

Touch POS

Counter, table-service and quick-service modes from the same UI. Trained-in-15-minutes interface.

M02

Kitchen Display (KDS)

Tickets routed by station, with timers, recall, and bump-bar support.

M03

Reservations

Deposits, no-show recovery, waitlist SMS — and a public booking page.

M04

Inventory & recipes

Real-time stock depletion per sale, with low-stock alerts and supplier orders.

M05

Aggregator inbox

TalabaT, Toters and direct delivery in one queue, printed on the same chit.

M06

Staff & shifts

Roles, breaks, tips and till handovers — auditable and accountable.

M07

Loyalty & vouchers

Tiers, points, gift cards, win-back campaigns synced to your WhatsApp.

M08

Reports that pay rent

Menu engineering, theoretical food cost, hour-of-day heatmaps.

M09

Hardware-agnostic

USB / network printers, cash drawers, scales and EMV terminals plug-and-play.

02 · Anatomy of a sale

A single screen,
four important jobs.

The POS isn't a cash register with a touchscreen on it. Tap a row on the right to see what each region of the interface is really doing.

Smart menu grid

Hold modifiers, combos and item-86 states. The interface adapts to the service mode automatically.

02

One-tap payments

Cash, card, split, deposits and BNPL via Stripe, Areeba, and direct WhatsPay link.

03

Kitchen handoff

Send to KDS, printer, or both. Course pacing keeps the kitchen sane during a rush.

04

Live day metrics

Revenue, covers, average ticket — visible on the same screen as the order.

03 · How we work

A four-step rollout.
No black-box weeks.

Every Friday we share what shipped, what didn't, and why. You never wait three months to see a prototype.

01 · Step

Discovery

Two days on-site. We watch service, count print-outs, and map the actual flows — not the org chart.

Week 1
02 · Step

Pilot

One station goes live on a quiet day. We run the lunch shift with you, then tune.

Weeks 2–4
03 · Step

Rollout

Stations, KDS, back office. Training in the language your staff actually speaks.

Weeks 5–8
04 · Step

Operate

24/7 support line, monthly menu engineering review, quarterly system updates.

06 · Honest answers

Questions we
actually get asked.

Not the soft ones from a sales deck. The ones owners ask on a third call, after the pleasantries are over.

Yes. The terminal is offline-first; tickets, payments and KDS keep flowing on the local network, then sync the moment we’re back online. Nothing is lost.
Most of it. We support ESC/POS receipt printers, USB and network cash drawers, EMV terminals via Stripe / Areeba, and any standard barcode scanner. We’ll audit your stack on day one and tell you exactly what to keep.
TalabaT, Toters and direct delivery land in the same kitchen queue and print on the same chit. Menus and 86-states sync both ways, so out-of-stock items disappear everywhere at once.
You do. Every account ships with a daily Postgres dump to your S3 bucket. If we ever part ways, you walk out with a working backup — no export fees, no negotiation.
Patches every two weeks, feature releases monthly, on a maintenance window you choose. Staging environments mirror production so we test on your data before shipping.
Card data never touches our servers — it goes directly from the EMV terminal to the processor. We handle the rest of the compliance posture and walk you through your annual SAQ.
